INCLUDES

  • Complimentary use of grounds for your engagement or bridal session (2 hours, by appointment on Thursdays).

  • Planning documents, checklists, spreadsheets, layout options and preferred vendor info. including transportation & additional lodging.

  • 10 Hours with Day of Coordinator (90 & 30 day meetings prior).

  • 9a.m.-10pm rental, last call at 9:45pm.

  • Farmhouse & Caretaker House lodging the night before wedding for up to 20 guests which includes bride's suite and groom's suite for getting ready (check in at 12pm).

  • 2 hour rehearsal dinner site in Farmhouse for up to 40 guests, set-up & clean-up included, catering is additional charge. 

  • 1 hour rehearsal with coordinator.

  • Comfortable Dinner seating guest capacity 150 inside barn, 100 in loft for ceremony.

  • Event insurance.

  • 3 Hours for vendor set up & 1 hour vendor clean-up and personal item retrieval.

  • 5 Hours exclusive use of venue & grounds.

  • Prep area for caterer.

  • Ceremony site options of Meadow with wood arbor, Behind Barn with window altar or wood arbor, or Barn Loft with draping backdrop.

  • Complimentary parking with drop-off loop.

  • One time setup of all tables, chairs, linens by Mountain Laurel Farm team (rain plan to be called by 3pm day before).

  • Water display in our canisters for ceremony & reception includes cups.

  • 200 mahogany colored folding chairs.

  • 20- 8ft banquet tables with ivory linen.

  • 4 cocktail tables with linen.

  • 6 whiskey barrels.

  • 10 - 12 ft church pews.

  • 2 standup heaters.

  • Complimentary cake cutting.

  • Round or rectangle sweetheart table.

  • 1 hour use of Fire-pit with provided firewood.

  • Cafe string lights on front porch, back of barn and in loft.

  • Prop room decor and basic setup with your pinterest board inspiration in mind. (Vintage sofas, antiques, selection of mason jars, burlap, lace, vintage furniture, gold sequin linens and runners, photo-booth backdrop with props, milk-glass...etc.

  • Clean up: Mountain Laurel Farm staff will take care of sweeping, mopping, putting up tables, stacking of chairs, disposing of trash.

  • Venue Fee includes Rehersal Night Lodging

Day of Venue Coordinator

  • Optional Complimentary Meet and Greet - Talk about your dreams, visions and must haves on your wedding day.  (about 1 hr) 

  • Initial Planning -You have booked most your vendors,  You have probably been emailing and texting about your wedding day with the coordinator.  Any wedding related questions during the entire process.  The Initial Planning Meeting can range from 120- 45 days before your wedding date.  (about 1-2 hrs) IP is done in person, preferable at the venue. 

  • Final Planning -Go over everything from the initial planning meeting, make all updates, timeline changes, and corrections as needed. (about 45 min - 1.5 hours) FP is done over the phone.

  • On Call Help by email, text, or phone-  on any topic, questions, or concerns related to your wedding, vendors, or details starting FROM THE DAY OF HIRE all the way until your wedding date. 

  • Rehearsal -with family and bridal party- this is also when you give any personal items such as the guest book, favors, signs, unity candle, photo-booth props, pictures and more so the coordinator can set them out for you the next day! (1.5 hours total including transfer of personal items)  Personals are transferred before the rehearsal.  

  • ​Vendor Confirmation -The coordinator calls all your vendors before your wedding to confirm their arrival time, set up and timeline details for the night.

  • Contract Review- if you are unsure of the wording in your vendor's contracts such as an estimate for services is to high or to low, send it over to Coordinator for review and professional advice.

  • ​Planning Packet- this is priceless! Ultra detailed document.

  • ​Custom Wedding Day timeline- Covers from the moment guests arrive, through ceremony, cocktail hour, introduction, first dance, dinner, toast, cake, departure and clean up.

  • ​Cue All- ceremony and event elements including the prelude, processional, introduction, first dance, father daughter dance, mother son dance, buffet opening, cake cutting, toasts, last dance, and sparkler send off.

  • Set-up Assistance- on your wedding day, of personal items and details including favors, cake topper, guest book, card box, signs, pictures, programs, menus, table numbers, Mr. & Mrs. signs and more.  Before rehearsal, you will transfer all these items to coordinator.

  • ​Inventory Check List- we want all your personal items returned just as they came!  The inventory list is a master document with everything you came with and are wanting returned.  

  • Ten hours of coordination on your Wedding Day -Coordinator arrives approximately 3 hours before your ceremony starts.

  • Wedding Day‍ Emergency Kit - contains back-up items sometimes forgotten such as scissors, safety pins, tape, nail polish, tissues, static guard, floral glue, reserved seating signs and more.

  • Liaison - for family, bridal party, Band/DJ, florist, and other vendors.

  • ​Collect all personal items-  and ensure proper return to contact person or family member.​

  • Will coordinate with planners if other coordinators/planners are involved.
