Venue Rental Fee:

2020-21 Saturday $2500 Fall $3000

  • 4 hours use of the farmhouse for your rehearsal dinner including setup/cleanup

  • Max 50 guests for event

  • Front porch and back deck dining and inside dining options

  • 2 Guest restrooms in farmhouse (1 located upstairs)

  • Complimentary parking with drop-off loop

  • Convenient Payment Plan: 50% non-refundable deposit is all that is needed to reserve your date!

Set up:

  • 1 Hours for vendor setup/cleanup

  • All Tables, chairs, linens and table decor

  • 2 Ivory Shade Patio Umbrellas if needed

  • One time setup of all tables, chairs, linens by Mountain Laurel Farm team.

Clean up:

  • Mountain Laurel Farm staff will take care of sweeping, mopping, putting up tables, stacking of chairs, disposing of trash


  • Full Decoration Service: We decorate venue for your from our prop room inventory or your personal items.


  • Licensed and Insured Caterers and Bartender are required.

  • Event Insurance is required 

  • A $250 refundable damage deposit will be due upon check-in either in the form of check or credit card on file.

  • Package is non-refundable
  • The 4 Bedroom rooms in the Farmhouse will be required to be rented for certain dates.
