  • One time setup of all tables, chairs, linens by Mountain Laurel Farm team.

Clean up:

  • Mountain Laurel Farm staff will take care of sweeping, mopping, tables, stacking of chairs, disposing of trash and linen cleaning.



  • Arbor with mountain view, draping and in-house floral piece, if desired.

  • Cafe string lights on back deck.

  • Ferns and/or seasonal potted flowers around venue.

  • Thousands of classic and vintage decor items (sofas, antiques, selection of mason jars, burlap, lace, vintage furniture, gold sequin linens and runners, silver trays and pots, photo-booth backdrop with props, lawn games, milk-glass…etc).

  • Decorated for you from our "Something Borrowed" props, with lots of decor items for the ceremony and reception, at no extra charge.
    • Thousands of classic and vintage decor items (sofas, antiques, selection of mason jars, burlap, lace, vintage furniture, gold sequin linens and runners, silver trays and pots, photo-booth backdrop with props, lawn games, milk-glass…etc).



    • Maximum capacity is no more than 50 total guests, including bride, groom and wedding party.
    • We do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy. Approximate cost $150.
    • Licensed Day of Coordinator is required and not included in the venue rental fee. Use our preferred coordinator or bring your own with venue approval. 
    • BYOB (Licensed Bartender is required to pour all alcohol).
    • All Caterers must be licensed and insured.
    • All vendors must be licensed and insured.
    • Event Insurance is required. Approximate cost - $175
    • $500 refundable damage deposit will be due upon check-in either in the form of check or credit card on file.

    • Convenient Payment Plan: 25% non-refundable deposit is all that is needed to reserve your date!
    • 3% fee for credit cards, 4% for Amex cards.
    • No hidden fees
    • These rates are subject to change prior to signing a contract.
    • All payments are non-refundable. Please obtain cancelation insurance if you fear changing your mind about getting married.
    • Barn access prohibited except with accompanied by staff.
  • Some dates have the option to add lodging to their venue rental package.
