Saturday with Friday rehearsal $5,500, includes access to venue on *Friday prior to event ‪from 3pm-9:00pm‬ and ‪Saturday 9:00am-11:00pm‬ for 2 day access.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Maximum capacity is no more than 200 total guests in barn, including bride, groom and wedding party.

  • We do require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy. Approximate cost $175.

  • Licensed Day of Coordinator is required and not included in the venue rental fee. Use our preferred coordinator or bring your own with venue approval. 

  • BYOB (Licensed Bartender is required to pour all alcohol).

  • All Vendors and Caterers must be licensed and insured.

  • Event Insurance is required. Approximate cost - $175

  • $500 refundable damage deposit will be due upon check-in either in the form of check or credit card on file.

  • Online planning documents, checklists, and vendor resources

  • Convenient Payment Plan: 25% non-refundable deposit is all that is needed to reserve your date if 6 months or more until event date. 50% for dates less than 6 months away.

  • 3% fee for credit cards, 4% for Amex cards.

  • No hidden fees

  • These rates are subject to change prior to signing a contract.

  • All payments are non-refundable. Please obtain cancelation insurance if you fear changing your mind about getting married.

  • Saturday Package with Friday rehearsal includes access to venue on *Friday prior to event ‪from 3pm-9:00pm‬ and ‪Saturday 9:00am-11:00pm‬ for 2 day access.  Send off by 10pm.

  • *If there is a Friday wedding booked then rehearsal would take place on Thursday.
